1. Scope
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to free, paid, and ad-supported mobile games published by Borz Games (“Borz Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and services related to those games (collectively, the “Services”).
Not every game uses the same features or third-party services. A game's data practices may vary based on its edition, platform, your country, age, device settings, and the features enabled in that game.
2. Information we may collect
Information you provide directly
- Your contact details and the contents of your message when you email us or request support.
- Screenshots, device details, or other information you choose to provide with a bug report.
Information that may be processed automatically
- Device and app information: device model, operating system and version, app version, language, country/region, screen characteristics, and mobile carrier.
- Identifiers: app instance or installation identifiers, advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA, subject to permissions and settings), and similar online identifiers.
- Usage and gameplay data: session times and duration, in-game progress, level results, interactions, preferences, and feature use.
- Diagnostics: crash logs, error messages, performance data, device state, and technical logs needed for troubleshooting.
- Network and approximate location: IP address, connection type, and country- or city-level location inferred from an IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location unless a feature clearly requires it.
- Advertising data: ad impressions, clicks, view duration, conversions or rewarded-ad interactions, and fraud-prevention signals.
- Purchase information: the item purchased, transaction status, and receipt/transaction identifier provided by the store. We do not receive your complete payment card information; payments are processed by the app store.
3. How we use information
- Provide and operate the Services and support in-game progress or preferences.
- Measure performance, understand usage trends, and improve the game experience.
- Detect and fix errors and crashes, and provide technical support.
- In ad-supported games, deliver advertising and measure its frequency and performance; personalize ads where permitted.
- Verify purchases and provide access to paid content.
- Maintain security and prevent cheating, abuse, invalid ad traffic, and fraud.
- Comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, and respond to user requests.
4. Third-party service providers

5. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Performance of a contract: to provide the game and features you request and fulfill purchases.
- Legitimate interests: to keep games secure, fix errors, conduct essential analytics, and improve the Services, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: for personalized advertising, non-essential analytics, or device permissions where consent is legally required.
- Legal obligations: for accounting, consumer protection, lawful requests, and other legal requirements.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred beforehand.
6. How information may be shared
We do not share personal information except:
- With hosting, analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, payment/store, and technical infrastructure providers described in this Policy, as needed to deliver their services.
- When necessary to comply with law, a court order, or a valid government request, or to protect users, public safety, or our rights.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of assets, subject to appropriate privacy safeguards.
- At your direction or with your consent.
Borz Games does not sell personal information for money. However, some U.S. state laws may define the use of advertising identifiers for personalized ads as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” Applicable choices are described below.
7. Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Retention varies by data type, game feature, and provider practice. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or reasonably de-identified.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Device and advertising choices
- You can manage app permissions and reset or limit use of the advertising identifier through your operating system settings.
- Where offered, you may change personalized-ad preferences or withdraw consent through the in-game privacy options.
- You can manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center. Unity Ads privacy choices may be available through the privacy icon shown within an ad.
- Uninstalling a game stops future collection from that installation; a separate request may be needed to delete previously processed information.
Legal rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information; object to processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of targeted advertising or certain data sharing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise a right, email contact@borzgames.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and the scope of your request, and will respond within the period required by law. For information independently held by a third-party provider, you may need to contact that provider directly.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. If an authorized agent submits a request for you, we may require proof of authorization and identity verification as permitted by law.
9. Children's privacy
Our games are intended for the audience identified in each applicable app-store listing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If a game is directed to children or we have actual knowledge that a user is a child, we apply age-appropriate protections, restrict personalized advertising, and obtain verifiable parental consent where required.
If you believe a child has provided personal information without the required permission, please contact us. After appropriate review, we will work to delete the information or take other required action.
10. International data transfers
Borz Games and our providers may operate in different countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country, where data protection rules may differ. Where applicable, we use adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, consent, or another lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our Services, technologies, or legal requirements change. We will publish the current version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide an additional in-game notice or another reasonable notice where appropriate.
